A real person reads this. If we missed a face, telling us is the single most useful thing you can do. It goes straight into the quality numbers.

Who can see your footage
Nobody, unless you say so. There is no switch that lets us into your videos and we do not browse them. If we need to see a specific one to help you, you send it to us, and you can always delete yours from your account.
- Metadata only
Filename, duration, status and counts. No images.
- Rendered output
The redacted video. Faces are blurred, but anything the detector missed is still visible. This is not a PII-free file.
- Original footage
The file you uploaded, exactly as it is. Everything.
A grant expires after 14 days and can be revoked the moment you change your mind. Every time someone here looks, it is written down: who, which video, when, and under which grant.
